Whenever a customer has a need, question or problem, TSET responds promptly. This is fundamental to how we do business. Our Field Service Engineers are semiconductor fab experienced, bringing years of practical process and equipment background to bear on customer issues. They are available to suit-up at your site for hands-on trouble shooting or process improvement work. Their exposure to multiple customer issues gives them a broad perspective on process and equipment performance improvement opportunities.

In addition to on-site support, TSET also offers full engineering support services tailored to individual customer needs from our Santa Clara, CA headquarters. For example, we can conduct in-depth evaluation programs to assess and benchmark a specific process kit's performance, and then execute the evaluation on-site through our Field Service group. Or, we can handle any kit component redesign or modification a customer might wish, calling upon our extensive design capabilities and knowledge base of detailed kit specifications.

situations. Our Customer Service staff located at our Santa Clara, CA headquarters is
trained to react to the multiple types of situations that many fabs experience on a
